冯镜洁,女,研究员,博士生导师。国家自然科学基金优秀青年科学基金项目获得者,四川省学术和技术带头人后备人选,四川省海外高层次留学人才。从事水力学及河流动力学、水电开发水环境与水生态效应等领域研究,在高坝泄流水生态安全保障、流域水环境生态保护等领域取得创新成果。主持国家自然科学基金面上项目等国家/省级科研项目7项,主持乌东德、白鹤滩、溪洛渡等重大工程水生态环境专题研究项目20余项。第一/通讯作者发表学术论文60篇,其中32篇被SCI收录,参编专著1部,获发明专利23项、软件著作权3项,获产学研创新成果一等奖、教育部科技进步二等奖、环境保护科学技术二等奖各1项。担任中国水利学会水力学专委会副秘书长、中国水资源战略研究会流域碳中和专委会委员、《Journal of Hydrodynamics》《四川环境》编委、《工程科学与技术》《人民珠江》等青年编委。
