报告人简介：
Prof. John is a Professor in Queen Mary. He and his team established a Fluid/Structure interaction group within SEMS. As He has been PI on the grants and first supervisor for the PhD students,John has led this group. Virtually all publications produced by this group have originated from his grants and PhD students (3 of whom were awarded best paper awards at conferences).Their work covers a broad range of topics from the entrainment of solids in turbulent flow, flow over submarines and torpedoes,marine current and wind turbines to the numerical simulation of red blood cells and the ureter.
