水力学与山区河流开发保护国家重点实验室于1988年5月经国家计委正式批准建设，1990年1月，正式通过国家验收并向国内外开放。实验室是我国水利水电与河流工程领域第一个获准的国家重点实验室。自创建以来，实验室始终定位于应用基础研究，主要任务是针对国家重大需求，研究和应用现代水利科技理论和方法，解决国家水利水电工程中的有关重大科学技术问题。

2023年3月28日，水力学与山区河流开发保护国家重点实验室获批重组为山区河流保护与治理全国重点实验室，重组后实验室的主要研究方向为：1.山区河流演变规律与功能保护研究方向；2.山区河流生态保护与系统治理研究方向；3.山区河流灾害防治与风险防控方向。

我室本着“开放、流动、联合、竞争”的建设方针，现面向国内外接受2023年开放课题的申请。热情希望国内外从事相关领域研究的优秀人才来实验室开展合作研究，共同发表高水平2篇SCI论文，产出高质量开放研究成果。凡符合以上研究方向的研究课题，均可向实验室提出开放课题的申请。开放课题资助金额因研究内容而定，一般每项资助的课题可获得4-8万元的经费支持，年限为2年。对优秀开放课题的负责人，实验室优先给予后续开放课题资助。

申请人需具备副高职以上技术职称或确定来本实验室进行博士后工作的博士学位获得者。申请书电子版发送至skhl@scu.edu.cn（申请书请发word版本，盖章页请扫描）。申请截止日期：2023年11月20日。

Project Proposals For

 2023 Open Fund Research at the State Key Laboratory of Hydraulics and Mountain River Engineering, China

The State Key Laboratory of Hydraulic and Mountain River Engineering (SKHL) invites hydraulic researchers all over the world to submit proposals for research cooperation at Sichuan University and take this opportunity to exchange knowledge and share new research ideas.

Authorized by National Planning Board (NPB) in May 1988, the SKHL is the first State Key Laboratory in hydraulic engineering in China. Since then, SKHL has played an active role in hydraulic research collaboration with other universities and institutions in China. The SKHL consists of the following three research divisions:  (1) Mountain river evolution and functional protection; (2) Mountain river ecological restoration and regulation; (3) Mountain river disaster prevention and risk management.

Attached please find the application form of the open fund research at SKHL. Interested researchers may apply for the open fund for up to 24 months, with a maximum total request of 40,000--80,000 RMB.

Applicants must have sub-senior title or above, or are doctorate degrees holders,  who have decided to come to the laboratory for post-doctoral work.
